COINCROPP User Agreement

By accessing or using the services provided by COINCROPP (referred to as "the Site", "we", "our", or "us"), you (the "User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by this User Agreement, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should immediately discontinue your use of the Site.
1. Account Registration and Eligibility
1.1 Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use our services.
1.2 Account Creation:
To use COINCROPP's earning features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and to keep your account details up-to-date.
1.3 Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
2. Earning Features and Responsibilities
2.1 Earning Methods:
COINCROPP offers various ways to earn cryptocurrency, including but not limited to faucet claims, Paid-to-Click (PTC) ads, offerwalls, shortlinks, and tasks. By participating in these activities, you agree to follow the guidelines and rules associated with each method.
2.2 Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities. This includes but is not limited to:
Using bots, automation tools, or scripts to claim rewards or perform tasks.
Creating multiple accounts.
Using VPNs or proxies to manipulate location-based activities or rewards.
Engaging in any activity that violates our Terms and Conditions.
3. Withdrawals and Earnings
3.1 Earnings:
You may request a withdrawal of your earned cryptocurrency once the minimum withdrawal threshold is met. The available methods for withdrawal are outlined on the Site.
3.2 Withdrawal Limitations:
COINCROPP reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals in the event of suspicious activity, errors, or violations of this Agreement or our Terms and Conditions.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time:
Withdrawals may take up to 72 hours for processing, depending on the payment method and the review process. Delays may occur in cases of high demand or system maintenance.
4. Termination and Suspension of Account
4.1 Account Suspension or Termination:
COINCROPP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this User Agreement, our Terms and Conditions, or engage in prohibited activities. Upon account termination, any accumulated earnings may be forfeited.
4.2 Inactive Accounts:
COINCROPP may suspend accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (e.g., 90 days or more), at our sole discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 No Financial Advice:
COINCROPP does not provide financial advice, and nothing on the Site should be interpreted as such. All earnings made through the Site are based on your own participation in the activities provided.
5.2 Service Availability:
While we strive to keep COINCROPP operational at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any service outages, downtime, or issues related to third-party services, including offerwalls or payment processors.
6. Privacy and Data Use
6.1 Privacy Policy:

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this User Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of India.
